Meditation lately

Lately meditation has been overwhelming. The clarity is beginning to be too intense. I have to wake myself.

Another Nightmare

I had a horrible NIGHTMARE last night. I can't even speak of it. It felt more like a vision. Last time i had a dream was almost a year ago about this time. A Warning.
I feel so angry and bitter right now... I woke up with so much hatred...Somethings not right.. and my heart feels broken.
